Ordering Information : :-
You can make an order with us as per the following process.
a. Prepare your order either on excel or words format on enclosed Order Sheet..
b. Email / Fax / Post to us your order ( Email : univacgroup@gmail.com / Fax No. - +91-11-4571 8480 ).
Orders can also be placed over Telephone on Mobile No. - +91-81304 71841 / +91- 88268 11892.
c. The minimum order should not be less than 300 us $ with shipping for sample orders.
d. The orders with value 1500 us $.and above are treated as Wholesale orders. Below 1500 $, the order will be treated
as retail orders.and also an additional cost of 15% on wholesale price displayed on we pages will be charged.
e. Shipping cost for bulk orders (Min - 12 kilogram) is 9.95 us $ per kilogram by DHL/ FedEx/ UPS/Express post.
f. Shipping cost for sample order is 90 us $.( maximum weight - 1 Kilogram with packing).
g. The minimum wholesale order of Hair is 5 Kilogram (min. 1 kilogram of each size / style / color.)
h. Payment Terms : We accept payment by bank to bank wire transfer, western union money transfer and paypal.
The large orders worth 50,000 us $ and above can be accepted through irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) also.
i. Delivery time / schedule of the orders will be confirmed in Performa Invoice being sent after acceptance of your Orders.
j. Shipment - We dispatch the goods by Sea / Air Cargo, DHL / FedEx / UPS / Express Parcel Service Speed Post.
